As tax season is drawing near, i'm trying to get things together for both personal and business. One of the most difficult things for me is keeping receipts. I easily lose them or throw them away, mistakenly thinking I won't need them. This is especially an issue with my business because you can't throw ANYTHING away. I heard about an app from a friend that organizes receipts on your phone. Last night I finally decided to take advantage of it.
One Receipt is a free app that allows you to take pictures of your receipts and store them without actually needing the "hard copy". The best part is that you can categorize receipts, making it even easier for me to pull up what I need, when I need it. You can also link your e-mail to transfer over an online purchases or e-receipts. What could be easier!

I plan to give this a try for the next few weeks and hopefully it is a big success! I'm also hoping that it will give a little more consistency to my spending habits as well...we can at least dream!
Have you all tried this app? What other apps do you use to stay organized?
