Many think that as a dietitian I have a very active job with lots of movement throughout the day. Unfortunately, that is not true. I am sitting on my rear for the majority of my time at work. I love trying different activities to get more active either in my office or at my desk. It's also awesome to pass this information along to my patients since many of them have sedentary jobs. Here is my newest desk workout:
Do these exercises as much as you want throughout the day to get the blood flowing even during work!
