3. Meditation and Running- A new study shows that meditation plus running may help to decrease the effects of depression. Many studies have shown that both of these exercises separately can help to improve depression, but doing one directly following the other may actually improve how we view and carryout the exercises. Can't hurt to give it a try!
4. Individualized Gatorade- Gatorade has created a 'smart-cap' design that with a patch can determine the best form of hydration or recovery for a specific athlete based on sweat, hydration and electrolyte levels. This is a neat development for our athletes, but still must be used in the proper way to ensure necessary replenishment.
