Oddly enough, I almost went through the whole fall season without making soup of any kinda. Thankfully, my cravings got the best of me and I had a hankering for making chili. The boy makes some pretty delicious chili and I convinced him to throw some together this week. This definitely kept me warm for days after (the best part of crock pot chili is that there is always enough for multiple meals...yay for no cooking for days!)
Stuff you need:
1 lb ground beef (we used 93% lean)
1, 15.5oz can kidney beans, drained *can use other beans if desired
1, 15oz can tomato sauce
1, 15oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1-2, 10oz cans Ro*tel *depending on your desired spice level
1 pkt McCormick Chili Seasoning
How to do it:
1. Brown ground beef in pan on medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
2. Add ground beef and all other ingredients to a slow cooker or crock pot.
3. Mix well and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
4. Top with cheese and sour cream as desired! (Or Greek yogurt instead of sour cream)

Now on to the poll!
The boy and I recently made some changes to the hall bathroom in his house. I showed you all pictures of the trim before. We are now deciding how to frame the mirror. The cabinets are a dark espresso color. So our options are to have the mirror frame match the cabinets (dark espresso) or match the trim (white). Below is a picture of the bathroom now without framing.

What do you think would look best?!
