1. If listening to music, sprint during every chorus.
2. Create smaller goals to achieve in your overall run. Ex: make it to the fire hydrant, then the blue truck etc. Achieving smaller goals leads to overall motivation.
3. Count your strides for 30 seconds and see if you can match it for the next 30 seconds. Along the same lines, count your breaths for 30 seconds and try to match it!
4. Do a specific exercise every time you see something specific. Ex: 10 squats each time you see a red car.
These little games you play can help to keep you motivated and keep your mind on your workout. A little change up every once in awhile can help overall!
