Week 2 of T25 is coming to a close and i'm already starting to notice improvements in my energy level and ability to perform the exercises. This week I really liked the speed workout because I feel like I was able to push myself harder than I had been. Speed and agility are definitely important in athletic performance since many sports require quick sprints. Hopefully this workout will improve my softball sprints to base!
I wanted to give you guys another modified T25 workout that can be done whenever, wherever and with no equipment.
T25 Modified Speed
1 minute each exercise. Try to increase the speed of the exercise as you go.
Jog

Front Kick
Side Step/Hop with Uppercut

2 slow Jabs, 8 fast jabs in squat position
