Pumpkin spice is back in full swing and people can't get enough of it. All sorts or foods and products are now coming out with a limited edition of this special flavor. The only trouble is that many of these items often come with extra calories. Let's look at some lower calorie options, while still getting your pumpkin spice fix.
Pumpkin Spice Tea or Coffee- I'm referring to the kind you brew at home rather than the Starbucks version. Cut out on the heavy creamer and whipped cream and you've cut some calories. You can even add a little bit of the next product for extra spice.
Pumpkin Spice Soy and Coconut Milk- This can give you a bit of seasonal spice without going too high in calories. Use this to a dish you're making or add to tea or coffee.
Pumpkin Hummus- What is more pumpkin-y then pumpkin seeds? This hummus uses pumpkin seeds and canned pumpkin to not only give delicious taste, but fantastic nutrition.
Pumpkin Greek yogurt- Lots of different brands of Greek yogurt have come out with their own pumpkin flavor. Give them a try and see which one is best!
What's your favorite pumpkin spice product?!
