This week I got to work on some exercise material for my patients. Many of them do not have an exercise routine when they come into my office and we try to develop that as they work with me. We use resistance bands very often as they can be easy to use and inexpensive. The following workout is one that I modified a bit for my patients and for you all out there. The level of difficulty of these exercises can be altered based on the amount of rest in between sets and the resistance of the bands (different colors = different resistance) or weight of dumbbells.
3 sets of each exercise-10 reps
Combination exercise: Squat, bicep curl, arm scaption to side
