-cranberry and walnut
-peanut butter and chocolate almond milk
-chia seeds and cinnamon
-brown sugar and sliced almonds

All of these combinations taste great, but also have a great source of protein to balance out the carbohydrates. You can even add Greek yogurt or egg whites to the oatmeal for even more protein!
Another twist to traditional oatmeal is adding a little bit of quinoa to the mix.
