Another busy, but fantastic weekend in the books. We started out with a special date night on Friday. We celebrated myself finishing my Masters and the boy getting a new job. My friends had given us a gift card to Table 301 Restaurants for my birthday and this was the perfect excuse to use it. Neither of us had tried Soby's (http://www.sobys.com/) so we gave it a go. The food was fantastic and the company was pretty great too!
Saturday was Game Day!!! We decided to meet up with some friends to watch the Clemson v. Georgia Game. As a special kickoff event, Clemson held a watching party at Memorial Stadium. We were able to hang out with great friends and watch the game on the big screen. Unfortunately, the game didn't go as we would've hoped, but overall a fun time for all.
Sunday was spent doing a little bit of resting and a little bit of work. The boyfriend was cleaning up some stuff around his house and my organization desires kicked in. This led to hours of sorting and a little bit of shopping.
After a long day of housework the boy made dinner. I'm a lucky lady! He grilled up some salmon fillets, asparagus and cooked quinoa. We also tried a new trick we heard about by grilling peaches. Peaches are one of my favorite fruits as well as a favorite in the south. The grilled peaches were incredible and are definitely a must try (He didn't add anything to them. Just cut in half and grilled).

A busy week starts again tomorrow (as a hospital employee we don't have days off!). Happy Labor Day to all!
