The question is: If you have a meal that is 1000 calories, does your body handle things differently if the calories are broken up into 2 smaller meals (~500 calories each) about 2 hours apart? Or because the calories are ultimately the same, does the body handle them the same?
To give an example, I said: Say you are planning to eat a McDonald's Big Mac and large french fries for lunch. Would your body handle the food differently if you ate everything at noon or if you ate half of the meal at noon and half of the meal at 2pm?
