Over the past few weeks, i've been trying to get myself back into running shape. I used to run quite a bit, but over the past few months my body has been craving other workouts instead. And of course when you stop training you definitely lose your mileage. I try to run in the morning since the weather is a little cooler and i've actually had success getting my behind out of bed early enough! However, sometimes i'm not feeling the normal 30 minute consistent jog and I need something a little different. I decided to come up with an interval type workout to spice it up.
I enjoyed that this workout is something different than my normal routine and those sprints are definitely kick butt! The workout isn't too difficult, so I encourage everyone to give it a try!
