Last night was my normal gym time with an added twist. While starting my regular strength training circuit, I noticed someone off in the distance of the gym jumping rope. As I started day dreaming, I figured why not incorporate jump rope into my workout. Not only does this give you a great workout, but it's similar to HIIT with both cardio and strength. Give it a try:
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds. Repeat 3x. Take 10 second breaks as needed.
