Dancing is definitely one of my favorite workouts. Getting into the rhythm and beat of a song takes my mind off the fact that i'm actually working out. I certainly can build up a sweat through dance, so what can be better than a dance workout for Halloween? And what song fits better than Michael Jackson's Thriller?!
