Pure Barre is a workout that incorporates pilates, yoga and ballet movements into a routine that gets your blood pumping and muscles shaking. The barre is used in ballet and is also used in the Pure Barre workout for balance and additional movements. The routine focuses on small movements that have a huge impact on your muscles. I remember my muscles shaking after my first barre class and being very sore for the following few days.
