The rain has hit us and hit us hard for the past three days. Unfortunately, that means lots of indoor workouts for me when I would much rather be outside in the sunshine! Yesterday was no different and I needed an At Home leg workout. I gave this a try and i'm definitely feeling it today:
50 Skaters
25 Lunges *alternating legs
50 Mountain Climbers
25 Squats
50 Tuck jumps
25 Bridges
You can do this multiple times through, or just once for a quick workout.
Also, in my rainy day boredom, I found this tutorial and decided to make something similar for our cast iron since the handle can get hot. There are easier ways to do this (i.e. folding a potholder in half and sewing), but I figured I might as well use what we already had around the house. I ended up using a pair of old socks (clean I promise) as the 'terry cloth' and a piece of outdoor fabric from an old project. Works for us so far!
